Gift Cards

• Discounted gift cards cannot be used to purchase Schoolwear.
• Discounted gift cards cannot be used on any purchases during Zero & Rewards card discount days.
• From the 31st March 2018 Gift Cards do not have an expiry date and will not expire once issued.
• Gift cards are not a credit card and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Gift cards cannot be used to repay Zero accounts.
• Once Gift cards have been purchased they are non-refundable.
• Unused balance on the card cannot be refunded or credited.
• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
• 21 Fashion Mart Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other 21 Fashion Mart Gift cards.

Coupon Codes

• Coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
• Coupon codes cannot be used on gift cards, schoolwear & schools online
• One unique code per customer
• ‘21 Fashion Mart’ is a minimum spend of $100 and cannot be used in conjunction with ZERO card
• For zero card holders, the relevant coupon discount will be applied, overriding the ZERO card discount

Spend and Save

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
• Cannot be used on gift cards, schoolwear & schools online
• Goods purchased cannot be put on lay-by
